Returns Policy

• Returns can be accepted within 30 days period.
• You are requested to contact us to get RMA number for returns.
• Most returns are accepted for damaged and defective reasons only.
• If you or your customer is returning the item for any other reasons, it is subject to prior approval first. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of non-damage or non-defective reasons. However, please contact us, so we can check if an exception can be made.
• Return shipping fee is paid by the customer.
• Components and retail packaging must be returned as received.
